Do I need an account to place an order?

You can either create an account or choose guest checkout if you do not wish to create an account. However, we do recommend registering an account with us for an easier and faster checkout. For future purchases, you will not need to fill in your details every time you shop with us except if you want to amend any information. Moreover, creating an account with us will enable you to be the first one to receive updates about any special offers and promotions on our website.


What should I do if I am unable to register an account?

How much are the shipping charges?

You can avail FREE DELIVERY on the orders of 100 AED or above.

Below 100 AED, minimal delivery charge will be applied. Delivery fees of 15 AED will be charged for all the serviceable area. However, for non-serviceable areas the delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout.


Do you ship Internationally?

No, currently we only ship to UAE.


When can I receive my order?

Orders to Dubai will be delivered next day. However, orders to other cities will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days.


Can I amend or remove an item from my order?

Unfortunately, no amendment(s) can be made after an order has been submitted successfully. Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel and place a re-order if it has not been processed.


What should I do if I did not receive my welcome discount code in my inbox?

Can I return or exchange the products/order?

As a policy, we do not accept returns of products for any reason whatsoever and we do not allow or entertain cancellations of product orders, once such orders have been placed.
